Actually went to the Disney Resort in Vero Beach for lunch, and the restaurant there only serves breakfast and dinner.

It used to be a bird sanctuary and you couldn't go out there, but nature took away all the scrub brush and nesting cover so it's just bare sand now, so they don't bother trying to pretend it's a bird sanctuary anymore. If you zoom in on it in Google maps it is labeled.
