A’s Rookie Nick Kurtz 4 Homer Game

Kurtz just went yard again for his 4th homer of the game.
6-6, 4 Homers, 6 Runs, 8 RBI’s, Single, and a Double.
He’s now batting .305 on the season, with 23 Homers, and 59 RBI’s. More impressive is he didn’t start the season in Oakland. Game #66 for him, and the A’s have played 106 after tonight.
Dude just put up one of the greatest games of all time, and only a rookie.
I remember him raking at Wake Forest just a few years ago.

Same stat line as Shawn Green back in 2002 - 6/6 with 4 dingers, a single and a double (19 total bases, MLB record, now shared).

Dollander, Halvorsen, Lowder, Waldrep have all been called up at some point as well. Grant Taylor too albeit he was hurt

Who gives a frick? Ohtani had a 3 homer game vs the Marlins last year, the last of which was off a position player, and Joe Davis called it "THE GREATEST DAYYYY, IN BASEBALL HISTORY!"
