We can come up with some kind of work visa. But they need to take their arse back to Mexico first and be properly vetted.
Should they qualify for a work visa, any children born here are Mexican, not American, and they need to report to ICE every “x” period of time so we know where they are. If they don’t speak English, adios amigos

If I moved to another country for work and had a kid there, my kid wouldn’t get auto citizenship there. So why should Mexicans get American citizenship here?

If the GOP gets serious about fixing the invasion, it’s going to take a while to clean up. Tens of millions of people who are here illegally, millions more who are here legally whose visas should be reconsidered

The slave amendments have absolutely nothing to do with illegal immigration in the 21st century. It is nothing more than a crutch used by liberal members of the Judiciary to justify their policies. I am sure Republicans in 1865 really had Juan Valdez on their minds when crafting the three amendments after the nation finally got through the Civil War. It never ends with you people and the facts are never on your side, just emotions

American Indians didn’t get the right to vote until 1924 with the Snyder Act. So the 14th amendment didn’t apply to them and they were born here. So why should it apply to others? It clearly was the intent of the 14th to apply only to ex-slaves.
