Grapple tool for police chases

Pretty cool. Seems much safety for everyone around than pitting them.

Now you just need to either equip every vehicle or get the mind reader app to know who is going to run.

Those work maybe 50% of the time. There is also technology called star chase. Police unit shoots a dart that has GPS on the vehicle, allows them to back off and track. Again they don’t always work.

I watch a lot of chase videos.. I tense up every time a cop does a pit on a car in traffic. Especially when oncoming traffic could be involved.

I watch videos at night sometimes, and what's even worse is when they start out with captions for the first minute or so, and then disappear. Either give them to me for the whole video or don't.
