Looks like Obama successfully made the divide between races and liberal and conservatives at an all time high that will be irreparable. It was his main goal all along.
In the movie Obama produced, “Leave The World Behind” There is a scene in question shows a Black couple lying in bed as the lines, "I'm asking you to remember that if the world falls apart, trust should not be doled out easily to anyone, especially white people."

I would argue that this really started with the Clintons.
The rhetoric of fearing and hating people who don't think like you dates back throughout history, but it was never really used on the mainstream American political stage until the Clintons came along. Today, politicians casually call each other Nazis and racists. They accuse each other of willfully destroying the country and their opposition. This was largely born of all of Bills scandalous affairs, where accusers and victims were painted as liars and conspiracy theorists.
Where Obama really changed the game was within the bureaucracy. The Clintons kept unscrupulous lackeys in their inner circle. Obama populated the whole of government with people beholden to the party above justice, truth, and the constitution. This is how you get Russiagate, the IRS targeting scandal, spying on journalists and opposition candidates/leaders, lawfare, judicial activism, the bastardization of US Customs, the State Dept secret email scandal, the VA scandal, the OPM hack data breach, Benghazi, etc... All crafted and executed by foot soldiers in the bureaucracy working to protect the party leaders and destroy any opposition, the law be damned.

Obama infested the State Dept. with entry level interns, who are now in supervisory /management positions. And State is one of, if not the, most woke Federal agencies in D.C. His IRS dept. head was charged by Congress with targeting conservative groups. Holder was cited for contempt of Congress & simply ignored Congress' subpoena.
