Joaquin Phoenix on Theo Von

Yeaaaaa but that whole commodus thing makes it impossible for me to see him as anything other than my most hated movie character ever.

I thought it was one of Theo's worst in the last few years. Way too much time spent on Edington, Joaquin has a really intersting life. He could've done a lot more and I like Theo a lot.

Phoenix was saying that every time he thinks he nails a scene is when he screws it up. Von asks something to the effect of “do you think there are any actors who just walk around all the time thinking they nailed it?” There’s a pause while they think and Von says “Hulk Hogan probably, he nailed it”
