Are we still in the running for the Stanford RHP?

Joey Volchko
He has Big league stuff. Just needs some refinement.
Seemed like it was between us and Ark?
Wonder if us getting Moore changes anything here.

I will send Livvy after him if it must be done.

The way yeskie has transformed our pitchers into high draft picks…If I’m a pitcher with potential I’m coming to lsu. Only reason he won’t come is if another school offers him a bag of cash
I for sure wouldn’t go to the choke job hogs or the douchey fighting vitellos

Dude had a 6.01 era last season. 70 innings 76 hits 47 er 34 walks 56 k’s .280 opponent batting average. What’s the appeal?

Considering he’s at or around the #15 draft prospect next year…. I’d say there’s a whole lot of appeal.

Do Kade Anderson his freshman year.

That ends it guys. Doesn't matter if JJ or Yeskie want him, DoubleOH says we should pass.

3.99 ERA, 13k/P9… it’s not even remotely similar

Would rather take Reddemann from San Diego.

Volchko looks like another Thatcher Hurd honestly, don't know if he will ever piece it together before getting drafted highly. Sometimes you need more than just stuff...hes been in college 2 years, will go to draft next year whether he puts it together or not
This is not a Kade Anderson freshman year only. Hes already spent 2 years at Stanford and neither was good, this year was actually worse than his freshman year.

Velocity. His FB is upper 90s to 100 with a low 90s slider. Control can be developed.

Well look who shows up its ole basher himself.
I'm just wondering if Reaves is even on the team next year. What say you?

Especially with limited roster spots.
