3. Penix Jr.
4. Bryce Young
and Baker can easily play himself out of the top spot....This division is up for grabs.

Bryce Young is hot garbage but I guess in this division he's worthy of the 2 spot.

2 of those QB's have a combined (3) games started in the NFL. It is pointless to rank any of these guys. Give me 17 games and I'll let you know.

Penix doesn't have much of a sample size to go off of from last year.
Young seemed like he played better once he came back off the bench. It also seemed like he had a lot of drop passes from the Panthers receivers. I don't know if he's going to take that next step but he did finish last year playing better than he ever has.

He did play alot better after the benching though
61.8 % 2100 yards 15td 6 ints last 10 games.
Not saying he is great or anything but he did look like an actual QB at the end. Which Bryce shows up is another thing.

He sucked through the first 20 or so games of his career, but he seems to be improving since then.
