b/c there are better players with more upside than him.
It amazes me how upset some of you are about a guy who's a fringe nba player that even if he were on the team would'nt play a single minute for us unless there were 4-5 guys hurt.

Why is it that most fans view our star players and starters as "not good enough to win anything" but still get hung up on end of the bench players? Its a very strange combination of thoughts.
The bigger question is: Why is Reeves on our SL roster trying to get a 2-way? Because he cleared the waivers and no other team signed/ wanted him. Why waste a roster spot when he can stay for cheaper on a 2way and we can add a better player.

Reeves is very much a borderline NBA player. His defense is bad. If he were anything above being a borderline player, than some other NBA team would have already given him a contract.
Dumars is still trying to add a higher quality player to the roster, and we need the roster spot and the cash.
