She writes opinions not even based on the law. Pure opinion and conjecture. Why would any ivy league law students wish to work for such an idiot and DEI hire?

Why would any self respecting lawyer degrade themselves by clerking for her? If I was a Senior partner and saw one of her former clerks apply in my firm I would immediately pass!
