I ate three pieces of leftover turkey bacon from my son's breakfast... then piddled around in the kitchen before I settled on Ricotta with splenda, vanilla and cinnamon for desert.
I'm chonky from covid times and am trying to reduce with a keto'ish diet and intermittent fasting. Slow going so far. First time I did keto I dropped 15lbs in about 2-3mo, put back on about 5 and am back to dieting.
1000lb Roomies... don't judge me, it was that or Love after Lockup.
