What to do in Omaha tomorrow?

American won’t change my flight without several hundred dollars. Just going to run solo tomorrow and use my flight Tuesday back home. What should I do? Anybody over here in a similar position? Buddies who drove had the flexibility.

I’ve only passed through there but surely they have a few of the best steak houses in the world around there.
