Umpire missed a huge call vs ARK

Just watched replay and in 8th inning MILAM struck out and had passed ball. When 1b took throw from catcher his foot is on the GREEN bag. I thought I had heard defense CANNOT use that bag.
Surprise Coach J didn’t see it but mb it was cause we had no challenges left???

Exception for a a 3rd strike throw down. I guess to help prevent runner interference on the throw.

Observation though beautifully stated was conspicuously wrong.
You know what I observed every time I watch this is the joyous elation of the Hog fans after the 2 run single and in 10 short minutes the demoralizing devastation of another loss to the Kings of Kollege Baseball and the loooooongg trip home!!
