When can KA start again?

Is the bracket set up that if LSU keeps winning KA will pitch the first of the final two games? Or is it more complicated?

Skeenes through Saturday and Thursday I believe. Kade will likely be on the same timeline

He could honestly go Friday night on one day short rest but championship game 1 is where you want him.

Pretty simple- if we play on Thursday (meaning we lose a game before then) then that'll be Kades bullpen day and he'll go. If we win the next two then he'll pitch game 1 of championship series.

Who pitches Wednesday? Assuming we win Mon assuming we win with Eyanson.

Lose Monday = have to win Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Win Monday = play Wednesday (play again Thursday if we lose Wednesday)
Championship series starts on Saturday.
I would think that if we have to play Thursday, that would be the absolute earliest KA could be available again. Just win Monday and Wednesday and then we can have KA available for game 1 of the championship series on full rest

needed the win, but sort of surprised we used evans in relief in a tourney like this.
Could he start Wed still? guessing maybe not start , but get us 4-5 innings?

There isn’t any games on Friday. The spots in the championship series will be decided on Wednesday and Thursday (if necessary). Championship series begins Saturday

Jay has the guys he trust now and there's no clear cut 3rd option at starter
If he doesn't throw Evans or Shores vs UCLA I could see him starting them and trying to combine it with Cowan to give you starters workload
But winning the next one is enormous to not have to play an extra game. You throw whoever you have to but hopefully Eyason extends and gives you 6+

Shores only threw 10 pitches, so he’ll be 100% available for Monday
Besides Anderson, we didn’t burn any pitchers tonight. That’s huge.

Cooper was in pen tonight. He will be the next guy up to throw a fair amount
