He’s gotten to be almost unlistenable. Either he’s on a delay or shouldn’t be doing baseball games. You can hear the bat hit the ball and it takes 10+ seconds of meaningless words to find out it was a single.

One thing a lot of people have noticed is he always sounds like he has a sinus infection or he is extremely congested. That's pretty unacceptable considering. Dude looks unhealthy.

It’s radio, more important to wait an extra second and describe the play correctly then do the Hawthorne special and say “Crushed to Deep right! Center fielder coming in. It’s gonna drop! And the 3rd basemen makes the catch.” It was brutal to listen to him, in such a rush to make the call and was wrong more often than not. And gave Inning and Score info every 3-4 innings at best. With those scars, I’ll suffer through Blaire.
