Yeah I saw that. Boom these dumb courts keep trying. Looks like they are fixing that problem.

This is a stay, not a ruling. Appeal still pending.

Yes. They also said the ruling overturned the lower court. It did not.

Judge who ruled yesterday immediately stated his own decision so administration could appeal it. He knew he would be overruled.
He was trying to give the Dems/Media a 24 hour sound bite that what Trump did was “illegal”.
Thankfully it was so cut and dry that the 9th ruled immediately to add their own stay to the decision. Didn’t even make it to the 6:00 am news cycle…..
