Just realized I told my fiancé I would run with her on Wednesdays while she's marathon training (only bc $2 beers are involved after the run). Guess I'll be listening to Robert and Steve for the first few innings. Probably better that way with Gusto on the mound and if the bats don't have any life again

Not Astros related but thought I’d mention it since we have our own Tommy John wing at Methodist. Jackson Jobe, the Tigers promising rookie is the latest casualty. That’s like 3 starters in the last week alone.
At what point, if ever, will the philosophy change about what they’re training pitchers to do? Pitchers have always had arm problems, but it’s just epidemic now.
