For an LSU vs. Arkansas College World Series (CWS) game — a high-demand event — here’s how to maximize your chances of getting the cheapest tickets:

?

? Best Strategies for Cheap CWS Tickets:

1. Wait Until the Day Before or Day Of the Game
• Prices often drop sharply within 24 hours of the game, especially a few hours before first pitch, as resellers try to offload tickets.
• This works best if:
• You’re already in Omaha or willing to travel on short notice.
• You’re okay with sitting anywhere and possibly buying standing-room-only.

?

2. Buy Early If It’s a Premium Matchup
• If LSU and Arkansas are both top seeds or it’s an elimination game, prices will likely rise the closer it gets.
• In this case, try to buy right after the teams advance to the matchup — before the hype builds.

?

3. Use the Right Platforms
• StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, and TickPick often have competitive resale options.
• SeatGeek and TickPick often have lower fees.
• Watch for promo codes (especially for first-time users).

?

4. Set Price Alerts
• Use apps like SeatGeek or TicketIQ to track price drops.
• You’ll get notified when prices fall below your target price.

?

5. Try Local Options
• In Omaha, fans often resell extras near the stadium (Charles Schwab Field) on game day.
• Bring cash and be cautious of scams, but many legit fans unload extras last-minute.
• Standing-room-only (SRO) tickets are often the cheapest and still provide great views.

?

6. Check the NCAA Official Ticket Exchange
• It occasionally releases tickets closer to game time as allocations shift.
• Less flexible, but legit and secure.

?

?? Ideal Strategy
• Set alerts now.
• Monitor prices daily.
• If it’s not an elimination game, wait until the day before/day of for best prices.
• If it is an elimination or championship game, try to buy early — demand will spike.

I'm so tired of people posting AI garbage. Do you also consult the AI before you wipe your arse?

I'll never forgive the ticketing industry for going full digital and eliminating scalping. I've been to many roads games with a buddy or 2 and a couple hundred bucks in our pockets and ended up with great tickets. Such is impossible these days

AI Overview

Use enough toilet paper: Start by taking several squares of toilet paper.
Fold the toilet paper: Folding the toilet paper instead of crumpling it provides a better barrier and a cleaner wipe.
Reach from behind: For best hygiene, especially for individuals with vaginas, it's generally recommended to reach behind you and between your legs to wipe from front to back. This helps prevent the spread of bacteria towards the urethra and can reduce the risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Wipe from front to back: Wipe gently from the perineum (the area between the genitals and anus) towards and past the anus, always moving away from the front.
Repeat as necessary: Use additional toilet paper as needed until it comes away clean.
Consider wet wipes or a bidet: If desired, you can use wet wipes after dry toilet paper for a more thorough clean, or use a bidet to wash the area with water.
Wash your hands: After wiping, it's essential to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs.

Important Notes:

Gentle wiping: Be gentle when wiping and avoid excessive scrubbing, as this can irritate the skin.
Alternatives: If you have mobility issues or difficulty reaching, consider using mobility aids that hold toilet paper on a long handle. You can also use other methods like wet wipes or a bidet.
Consult a healthcare professional: If you experience frequent irritation or difficulty with wiping, consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions.

I bought good tickets last year for a premium. In hindsight I should have bought SRO. They are under the roof and you can see the game just fine and move around.

Just my take.

Tried to set price alerts on Ticketmaster, Seat Geek and StubHub but it doesn’t seem like that option is available any longer on any of those apps.
