That whole thing reminded me of when Sean Penn came down to NOLA right after Katrina and went out in a johnboat for a photo op then left.

100%. What the hell was that little boat going to bring to the situation? A few loaves of bread? Nothing more than a photo op. What kind of “welcome” would they have had?
