Chase MFing Shores. That was an insane finish of a hot hitting team.

I hate to even say it, but there is only one other LSU pitcher that comes to mind when you see a kid dotting 101 and breaking off knee buckling curves,

If he carries this into Omaha everyone is fricked. Combine Anderson and Eyanson with Shores and Evans, and that’s a championship recipe.

Shores is by far the most talented pitcher on the team. When he pitches with confidence like tonight, it's exceptional to watch.

If soft throwing Cowan could return to form as a long reliever, and you follow him up with tonight's version of Shores, that's a big ask for any team to adjust to.
