I didn’t test myself. I went into the office Friday and the office has a clinic.

It still could be covid. You might should re-test.

I had some allergy issues that developed into bronchitis. Finally got some meds and now almost 100%. Sucks not working out for over a week, but used it to give my body some much needed rest.

Something is definitely going around.

Half my wife's work has some sort of cough.

It's not necessarily a bad thing to determine whether it's allergies or a virus. I definitely treat the two differently.

For OP, get some rest, stay hydrated, sit outside for a little bit to get some fresh air. Definitely an upper respiratory thing going around that isn't COVID or flu that has a little extra punch. I had it about a month ago.

Oh no..... I have covid/flu. I'm going to continue to rest and get fluids in me while my body fights the infection naturally, since I have an immune system. Better shut down the whole fricking world.

frick you, frick covid, and frick your testing that prolonged it. Bunch of cucks

Man, a couple of times I’ve thought about going to the hospital. It goes through phases but it feels like my right chest is strained from all this coughing and at one point earlier I dry heaved a little bit.

I still have some medicine to take for today so hopefully should see me through to tomorrow but this really is stressing me out

It’s been fricking annoying…had a dry cough for weeks and fatigue.

This isn’t dry. I am spitting into a coke bottle. It’s bright yellow phlegm.

After an episode of dry heaving, I’m doing a video doctor call because that’s the only way they can see me and I’m worried about somehow injuring myself.

On the other hand d, I do feel like my abs are getting a hell of a workout

Did you get antibiotics? Back around November my wife took my teenage son to the doctor, having severe cold symptoms. They didn’t really thoroughly check him out, and told my wife that it was likely a virus that would burn out in a couple of days. He got worse over the weekend. I got him in as soon as I could get him an appointment after the weekend (Tuesday morning). It had turned into pneumonia. They got him with a Z pack, amoxicillin, and another antibiotic injection. He started improving by the next morning.

If I’ve got severe sinus pressure, I usually ask for a medrol dose pack. That usually helps pretty quickly. The medstop I go to offers antibiotics pretty much every time, but I rarely take them.

When I lived in VA, they would only offer antibiotics if you tested positive for strep.

A bunch of drainage will absolutely make me sick to my stomach.

Next time, when it first starts kicking up, I recommend using a NeilMed rinse (or Neti Pot with distilled water) just to keep that shite thin and cleared out.

Whenever I've had viral upper respiratory that could move into bronchitis I do the following:

- Drinks lots of water and hot ginger tea with lemon/honey
- Stay on Mucinex (I can't use the decongestant due to it causing my BP to rise) pretty much 24/7 until it clears.
- Get some of the Vapor Rub shower tablets, sit in the bathroom with the exhaust fan off, while the hottest water runs over the tablet. Then sit in the bathroom for about 15 minutes afterward. Do this a few times a day if possible when it first starts then taper down.
- Sleep with an elevated pillow/wedge. Helps keep the shite from just settling.
- Don't go crazy with it, but get up and move around some. Sit outside for a bit if it's warm and sunny.

Is everything still not Covid?

20 year average for annual Flu cases is 25 million

Amazing, is it not?
