The only logical conclusion to the increasing broadening between the left and right will be a violent destruction of one or the other.

We are past the point of reconciliation. There doesn't exist any middle ground. The fundamental differences between the two sides doesn't allow middle ground. I don't know if it will take years, decades, or a generation.... but it will come to pass.

In most all countries around the world, there is no middle ground....I'm sure it will be the same here! And the biggest divider is ........

THE GOVERNMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

In an ideal world the moderates of each side just push the extremes out of relevance

Most of the country things that the far left and far right are all completely retarded and they're 100% right

“Openly advocating for violence”

=

“we’re living in an authoritarian regime”
“hunting us in the streets”
“oppression? it’s a genocide”
“climate change is an existential crisis”
“Trump is causing a constitutional crisis”
“the end of our democracy”

Nah in this case makign a post saying "we need to violently destroy the other side before they violently destroy us" is a bit more direct.

He sees it as the only solution

Which leads me to conclude that he doesn't get out in the real world much

Most people with these types of opinions live in a very small and stupid bubble

He never actually says that though. Sounds like your white male progressive brain is telling you to feel threatened and act like a damsel in distress. Boohoo

They want us divided so we keep from uniting against them.

I know you like the moral high ground.

Far left: BLM wide
Spread riots

Far right: LARPing and minor violence when compared to the far right.

Now you have people stepping in front of IcE vehicles and obstructing them. You have a judge helping an illegal escape.

Let’s get the far left numbers down a bit and then talk about Muh far right.

Well, the third you refer to are already openly engaged in violence and have been since 2020.

I agree with you. There won’t be any common ground anytime soon.

No common ground = violence to force common ground

Not an ideal scenario however but it will happen.

Please, tell us how to achieve this "ideal" world.
And what exactly is considered the far right???
The far left express their ideas daily both through words and actions.
How many "far right " folks are attacking ICE agents, vandalizing Tesla vehicles and firebombing Tesla dealerships, advocating for illegals who murder and rape American citizens, imprison folks and deprive them of due process, how many far right congressman promote and call for violence and stand outside the Supreme Court and threaten justices......... the list is long.

I agree with this as long as we keep it in perspective. The far left is much more mainstream on the left than the far right is on the right, and I mean a very wide margin.

Moreover, the far left is far more radical vs political/cultural norms than the far right is.
