By not acting like he had a majority for one, he kind of has to cooperate with the democrats to do anything. He should have been working on having a successful midterm election so he could expand his majority, not trying to piss it all away right out the gate so his hands are tied for 3.5 years.

The blatant one to me is the 10 year pre-emption for any AI state laws. Some of his biggest donors were from the AI industry and he held meetings in the Oval Office with said donors. Shocker, they got what they were after, 10 years of unregulated efforts in developing AI. It's pretty scary when you think about it.
