I feel like one movie is limiting for one thread so I will name a few I have watched recently (older than 1980 is my criteria for this).

A Woman Under The Influence 1974 (dir. by John Cassavettes)
The Dirty Dozen 1967 (dir. by Robert Aldrich)
Citizen Kane 1941 (dir. by Orson Welles)
The Spy Who Came In From The Cold 1965 (dir. by Martin Ritt)
Hungry Wives aka Season of The Witch 1972 (dir. by George Romero)

I thought this about the ABC Tuesday Movie of Week and we’d be discussing The Night Stalker, Brian’s Song, and Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark.

Bummer.

I was worried 'old' would be movies from the 90's.

I always find it interesting what most people consider to be 'old'. I find for most people the concept of old is anything that was before the year in which they were born. So for most people under the age of 26 the 90's is old.
