I guess we'll see what LSU has to say about that. I've more faith in Nuss than those Manning hype experts. I seem to remember NO MANNING ever won a NCAA championship.

What does he think about West Virginia's pitching this weekend?
Just because 12 SEC teams have moved onto football, I've still got some baseball left in me. The summer is long enough without any sports, I'm going to ride the baseball train as long as I can. There's only so much football to be talked for 12 weeks.

They are basically UGA of 2024 with slightly less overall talent.
Beck was a first year starter but more proven than Manning and had a decent but not fantastic season but they played a lot tougher schedule than Texas does this year. I think they are in the discussion and definitely deserve to be rated higher pre-season than LSU.
