I just looked on eBay and it does appear they are going for about $200, or at least that's what they're listed for.
Not sure why anyone would buy that when Game Stop is selling XBox Ones for $130. LINK

At my local game Xchange the only one they had was 230$. That’s what I’m basing it on. I did not purchase it. Too steep for what I wanted.

People use them to mod into a retro game machine. OG Xbox is (one of) the easiest machine to mod for this purpose.
