I don't think it's pay to play as much as it is anyone convicted under Biden he is looking to pardon because he sees it all as politically motivated due to his politically motivated indictments/convictions.

I can’t think of one single good reason to pardon NBA Young rapper.

Can't criticize him (reasoning) after he pardoned gang leaders and inner-city heroes, right? Cities and the MSM can't burn and melt?
