They haven't been overturned. A stay was put on the injunction until the Appeals Court considers more briefs to be filed soon.

So, how is a tariff supposed to be collected if the courts rule the tariff is illegal? Are they going to block freighter from unloading until the illegal tariff is paid? Will they arrest importers who refuse to pay the illegal tariff? No Court would allow convictions of people who refused to pay a tariff the courts already deemed illegal.

15 judges on one court seems excessive. Maybe they can trrim it down to 3.
