I know, it's really east Texas or south Arkansas. With that out of the way:

S: Ruston

A. Natchitoches, Sterlington, Haughton

B. Pineville, Vidalia, Minden

C. Jena, Winnsboro, Winnfield, Mansfield, Columbia,

D. Bastrop, Leesville, Deridder, Homer, Haynesville, Farmerville, Jonesville

F. Lake Providence, Ferriday, Waterproof,

It's just a starting point. Feel free to add your own.

One I left out was Jonesboro-Hodge. Could be D or F but stable employment due to the paper mill could bump it up to C.

Ellick gets a pretty bad rap…but I would say it is a “C”


I would give Monroe a “c”

And West Monroe a “B”
