The problem is what the committee is saying. When asked about Oregon State being higher than Oregon, the response was they don't look at head-to-head as much as how they do the entire picture or how they do against a competitive set of teams. I have no problem with LSU at #6, but putting Auburn at #4 is a head-scratcher.

Yeah their RPI was 3.
We were the only team to host a super without being top 8 in RPI.

Who knows how they decided. Maybe Butch is boys with some of the selection committee. Its kinda funny tho. Samuel Dutton is likely a big reason for the high seeding.

Auburn has the 9th or 10th highest Vegas odds, yet got a 4th seed. Absolutely atrocious job by the committee. None of them probably even watched a game this year.
