I would be surprised if there isn't more CCTV to come out. The timing of the attempted escape (when the ICE officers followed Judge Dugan's direction to go to the Chief Judge's office) is going to help the prosecution.

Before the judge is imprisoned, she should be put in stocks for a day and made to endure public ridicule.

I'm just riffing here, but doesn't seem to me like she's above the law. So my idea is to not treat her like she is.

Also, I would think new agent protocol would be not to separate from view of the exit even if the highest authority judge asks you to go see something down the hall. It’s a shame they don’t know who to trust.
