100% sounds like AI, like he is programmed to have a couple second pause between every 2 or 3 words.

When they showed him before the game he looked like he was maybe sick, like seriously sick. Maybe it was just the bald head.

He looked severely autistic during the video pregame. Like he probably can't even drive. Probably a smart guy with a disability.
