Tipping pitches

I have not watch closely, but the way they are barreling him up and taking pitches, makes me believe something‘s up.

It’s nothing so intricate. They’re just sitting on his changeup knowing he’s going to throw it to get ahead and he isn’t locating it right now.

Bruh it’s center cut 85 mph flat and belt high…..even average college hitters know what to do with that and it doesn’t need to be “tipped”

I noticed he was taking his grip on the ball outside of his glove, so maybe that's something.
But also I'm not sure if the change up and fastball use a different grip on the ball? Is the change up pitched by body movement or with grip?
