what are they turning the old cajun meats in youngsville into?

It's a restaurant but they haven't said the name/type yet, just that it's owned/being remodeled by the same guy that owns El Paso and Pedros, so safe bet, a mexican restaurant.

They need to serve plate lunches from Pat's grocery and the fried chicken and potato wedges from Joe's. Throw in a happy hour from Granny's or Syl's and they'd smash it.
