I love that video. My lawyer sent it to me when my ex filed a contempt motion because my son missed a travel ball tournament to go see my parents.

I am curious if travel cheer is built the same way.

I loved travel volleyball. Indoors, ac, and gym full of moms in yoga pants. Mostly moms go, very few dads.
Hotel bars were fire

Never understood the baseball travel stuff. Private lessons for the win. You get very little in game action, unless you pitch or catch

You enjoyed the screaming moms and kids in a gym? You’re weird.

Why I will push son towards Football. Cheaper. Best sport. And in the 1 in 100,000 chance your son actually has pro talent, you either make 7 figures in football or undrafted, get cut, and have to start an actual career. Not get dragged along for 8 years in minors making $30k a year. Then have to start an actual career starting at bottom at 30.

Gym? LOL, no

As opposed to sweaty miserable screaming out of control dads n moms and kids at a field of slow drip action? Yes

Yes it is
I work with a guy whose daughter is into competitive cheering. He owns the company and has money. Other than that he would be dead

Travel ball coach works out at my gym, and is always there when the suburban housewives come in at 9-10am. Judging by the way they interact, I guarantee you he’s boned most of them.

So you work for a guy whose daughter is into competitive cheering.

You work with the receptionist at your place of employment.

There is a difference.

Pretty much except you get to see your kid perform a 5-7 minute routine and have to sit through 25+ routines without seeing your kid again-lol!
