I always went to the one that was near C and 3/4 E gates. It was fine even when busy.

They all serve the same thing, some just have more room. Although the original one in terminal C does not have a "serve yourself" soda machine, you had to go to the bar for sodas.

Not sure what "best" would mean to you.

There is a Polaris Lounge in E, but you have to be on an international long haul flight. The other United Lounges are about the same.

None. Even Polaris sucks. Slightly better drinks but food inedible and way too crowded.

Suggest going with one nearest your gate.

They're all basically the same, at least until the new B lounge opens.

Here's my review of the Terminal E United Club

If you have access, I prefer the AmEx Centurion Lounge

I went to one of the ones in C on a Sunday morning, and there was no booze until 10am.

I recall E serving at 7am.

Thats a Houston blue law rule, not an airport or lounge issue.

Of the big 3 US airlines, I find that United has the least impressive food options by far. Lunch was out on the buffet when I arrived and featured a build your own birria nacho bar. Toppings included guacamole, cheese sauce, crema, pico de gallo, jalapenos, and queso fresco.

Agree 10,000%. Very disappointing for United... namely with IAH being a major hub.
