No, it’s to give Israel a reminder that they function because of us, not the other way around. They want our money, but not our help in negotiating peace. And they want to tell us what we can and cannot do with Iran. They had our politicians convinced Saddam Hussein had WMDs. All they want is chaos in the Arab world that benefits them, and they expect us to do the dirty work. To hell with them.

Just stop sending them money. I'm not anti Israel, but I'm strongly anti America being Israels simp bitch. If they are a sovereign nation they should be able to handle their own business.

I am good with this. I believe they are the chosen people of the holy land, but I understand there are disagreements on that. But they dont need our aid, Israel is capable of defending itself. My ideal state of affairs would be not subsidizing Israel, but simply backing Israel in the UN (which they do for us). We shouldnt have to subsidize their air defense when they have the means to pay for it
