Here's the headline:
tl;dr version: Her husband was cheating on her and she was secretly recorded saying she was going to put a device in their boat to catch in in the act.
WTF is wrong with that? Women do this all the time. The boat was half hers. She wanted proof for the divorce. This is a salacious scandal?

The revelation rocked Pirro’s campaign for New York attorney general nearly 20 years ago, resulting in days of front-page headlines in the city’s tabloids (“BUG THIS LOVE BOAT!” blared the Daily News cover).
The conversation took place in 2005 between Pirro and the former commissioner of the New York Police Department, Bernard Kerik, a close ally of Rudy Giuliani.
“What am I supposed to do, Bernie? Watch him f--- her every night?” Pirro said, according to a transcript obtained by WNBC-TV's Jonathan Dienst in 2006. “What am I supposed to do? I can go on the boat. I’ll put the f-----g thing on myself.”
The incident is likely to receive renewed attention now that Pirro is President Donald Trump’s pick to be the interim U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C. Her selection came after the president withdrew the nomination of conservative activist Ed Martin whose defense of Jan. 6 rioters was criticized by some Republican senators.

I take this as good news. The corrupt Political Establishment doesn't waste its time attacking anybody who doesn't scare them. They didnt have a problem with Trump until he ran for President as an OUTSIDER who wasn't interested in conducting business-as-usual in Washington. They had no problem with Elon until he 1) brought freedom of speech back to a social media platform, and 2) took control of DOGE.
So congratulations, Judge Pirro. If NBC is attacking you then they must fear that you will carry out justice regarding some of their fellow Swamp Rats.

Young Grasshopper, so much to learn. It's a hit piece because of the slant/spin of the story, and the timing of running a 20 year old story just after Trump nominated her to the DC position. It's meant to derail her; sink her; torpedo her; sabotage her.

y'all should read past the headlines just once. her husband al was mobbed up and they tried mightily (and thankfully, unsuccessfully) to place her into office. oh and guess who pardoned this criminal? that's right, tough on crime donald trump

and again, young squire, read past the headline. nobody re-ran the story while she was on fox news because she's harmless in that position. has no business as dc prosecutor and this story is relevant to her judgement and character. she should be torpedoed

Coming on the heels of what was done to Martin, this just serves as further proof of how powerful and pivotal this position is. The corrupt corporate media, of which NBC is an integral part, doesn't want anybody in that job who will do the RIGHT THING regarding serving justice on their crooked counterparts.
