They would beat Grambling.

I think this is just another data point suggesting that Louisiana high schools produce a lot of baseball talent.

Almost none of the kids on the roster are from LA. And they're all upper classmen that have played juco for 2 years prior.

Maybe 3/10 times.

When I say they'd beat Grambling, I mean they'd beat them like 19/20 times.

I'm sure I'll get deluged without downvotes and smartass comments because very few on this board can sense humor, sarcasm, or facetiousness, I was sort of joking but in baseball it's a lot easier/more common for David to take one or two from Goliath than in other sports

I mean, I knew where you were going with it.

But there is a non-zero amount of times they'd beat a lot of d1 teams.

I think they also don't have a kid younger than Junior classification on the team too

They have some guys that were in JUCO during covid even. They're OLD. We kicked the tires on the LHP Reeves when he was coming out of JUCO in Texas. Was like mid to high 90s (if you believe twitter) out of Coastal Bend.

Very impressive. They have 10 shutouts and a football-like run rule win of 42-4 win over Texas State on March 30th. 27 hits and scores of 16 and 15 runs in the 1st and 4th innings.

Jesus, I’ve been on the bad side of a few miserable ball games, but nothing like that. Can’t imagine sitting through a game like that.

Doesn't sound like they've experienced any hitting "slumps" this year.
