Portable, lightweight, fast, and plenty of storage local custom WiFi NAS - 8 hours + battery life if needed ever.

Best thing is not needing power (at least for 8 hours can always add more portable battery) or connectivity

I can easily switch it to a wired NAS if needed ever.

This is probably a spin off of the thread from the guy that asked about a portable NAS because he was upset he couldn't watch 4k on his phone over a 5G connection while in the car or on a train without plugging it in.

My portable traveling NAS.

Automatically turns on when need be and turns off by itself too when needed. Only goes off with 3 set rules. All have to happen in order!

Local network activity is 0 KB/sec for 30 minutes
SSD usage for 30 seconds is 512 KB/sec or less read or write speed
Is running off laptop battery
