Looking for great eateries, things to do while I’m there for business. Staying on the very south side of Central Park and North side and midtown Manhattan. Traveling with wife

If you're looking for things to do specifically in Central Park, line up a picnic with Perfect Picnic NYC.

Time of year is important. Assuming you are going soon?

TPTGW is a terrific comedy with lots of fails as they present the play.
ST:TFS had terrific stagecraft and special effects. The story was good and is the prequel to the Netflix series.
GGGR had a lot of star power (Bob Odenkirk, Kieran Culkin, Bill Burr, Michael McKean). The show was good, but I went for the star power.

For food, try Tavern on the Green or The Modern for something fancy. If you're in the mood for casual, food trucks around the park are a great option. For things to do, bike around Central Park, visit the zoo, or check out The Met nearby.

Quality meats is right there on the south side of Central Park and is the best steak I’ve ever eaten. Give it a look.
