Winn Dixie has "Pork Chops" on sale for .97 a lb. These things are huge almost a pound each... I made a pork chop stew... I had a couple cans of Progresso French onion soup that I used as broth.. Came out pretty good...

I'm off tomorrow so my wife asked me to smoke a Boston butt for BBQ nachos.
Kids will probably have sandwiches with it instead.

Tell me this recipe, please.
Just brown the chops in an oiled pot, put them aside (you could cut them up at this point if you want)... Throw in some trinity and garlic. Stir that up to get the seasoning off the bottom of the pot.. cook that for 10-15 minutes.. Put some flour on the trinity and stir for about 10 minutes.. Put in your broth and stir that.. Then put in the meat, cut up potatoes and carrots.. Put the lid on and put in the oven at 350 for about 2-3 hours... Seasoning for the meat I used garlic and onion powder and went kind of heavy on the Slap Ya Mama.. It did make the stew kind of spicy if you like that.. SYM is salty enough that I didn't add any salt.. I am sure someone will add some tips in and that's good for everyone..

Margaritas. Been a hell of a day at work and a big glass of margarita is on the list for the evening.
