I hope DC Draino never bitched about J6 defendants who faced pretrial detention

How many J6 folks had violent priors?

He did specifically state murderers let out on bond. J6 defendants were not murderers.

Each and every one of those judges should be arrested and convicted of manslaughter

Only way this stops is to hold judges liable for all violent crimes committed by these savages that received lenient bonds.

It is really bad in Harris County. Yet, Abbott has nothing to do but make sure Israel gets their money. And the Texas House is full of vagina.

It's remarkable how you think you're making a point.
In fact, here's the remark:
Look it's downsy thinking he's dunking on everyone again!

Not shockingly a bunch, including our own BigEdLSU (I believe he had a manslaughter conviction in the Army)

His language was bad. The murders in the original post were post-bond.

I've argued for a long time on here (long prior to the MAGA era) about the need for completely rebuilding our punitive bail-bond system.
I specifically cited this issue with the J6 people, too

No it's your fault you're so deluded you see things that aren't there.

Oh well this is false.
Pretrial detention is a major problem in America. J6 was a great example of this, as many posters on here agree.
The problem is those same posters are arguing their out group should face even harsher pretrial detention than the J6 people.
They're holding 2 conflicting viewpoints, based in in/out group dynamics, and they're upset when the hypocrisy is pointed out.
