Like the other guy said. Goveners dont pass bills, gotta hope President Trump can help us out there. Im sure hes no fan of carville though so im sure he will shut up soon

First of all, there is no bad publicity. He takes care of the rest of the representation when he speaks. Fear not. No one really takes him seriously anymore.

No, despite him being an asshat. It is free speech. Governors can only sign bills into law, not pass them (legislature).
