Suspend Habeas Corpus To Depart Illegal Aliens

Rogan O'Handley (DC Draino) is proposing the idea of suspending Habeas Corpus for non US Citizens due to the "invasion" allowed by the previous administration of illegal aliens. By doing so, the nationwide injunctions by these power hungry radical judges would end in regards to deportations.
There is precedent set by previous Presidents that have suspended Habeas Corpus in past events (Lincoln, Grant & FDR).
The ultimate goal is to pick up 12 Electoral College votes by deporting enough illegals before the 2030 census.

Sure then you'll have no problem when they mistake you for an illegal and then leave you in detention for a protracted period of extended time.....without formally charging you or bringing you up before any administrative judicial body. You would allow the government to do with an illegal what they want.....not just deportation, because no one is going to know

So what's your physical address? I know some guys with ICE who may or may not have a quota of possible detentions to fill.....but they don't have to say if they have you or not.

Detain them, give them 48 hours to provide proof of citizenship. If they can’t, next plane out.

No, only detain for 48 hours and deport.
Look I don’t like this anymore than you do. But this is an emergency situation created by the Democratic Party and extremist overreaching judges. Any mistakes or abuses that happen during the process of correcting the mistake rest solely on their shoulders.
