He’s got 3 of the 4 rangers hits through six in a scoreless game with the Dodgers. Been hot all April to the point he’s played 1B, 3B, and DH in an effort to keep him in the lineup while getting others some time in the field. He’s turned into quite the run threat too. Great to see!

On his weekly radio show here in DFW Bochy says all the time that he knows he needs to give Josh a day off but can’t afford to keep him out of the lineup.

You probably forgot he was a highly rated recruit out of HS and we were very fortunate to get him to campus

He will have a nice career due to his versatility
Best thing to happen was Yankees trading him, it got him to majors quicker
His wife is pregnant and they are expecting a girl later this year
