An honest question for all the baseball experts: How do those 135 pitches in Norman look now guys?

They still look a lot better than your mom ever did.

Overlooking to comments above which I assume is a direct results of Tiger Rant Beer, all I know is the kid was our ace, crusing along until Norman. Then Auburn & Alabama.

Ben said he didn't see a problem with it because Kade had an extra days rest.

Against Auburn he gave up two hard hit balls that should have been caught. The bases clearing triple is a routine fly out in the box but because it's 385 to center in Auburn, Stanfield ran into the wall. Stop looking at the box score out of context.

Alabama made Kade pay for a couple mistakes. It has nothing to do with him throwing 135 pitches 16 days ago.

This excuse is so stupid and everyone that keeps parroting this excuse should feel dumb.

There have been tons of pitchers since baseball started that has pitched complete games. Many many times. So stop it with the puss mentality. Anderson is not a pussy, he’s just fine.

That's nice but it means nothing other it's than Ben's opinion. Nobody but Kade (and maybe not even him) knows if it affected him or not. He looked pretty good just wasn't locating down deep in the zone like he has to to be effective

The man had 10 Ks and 0 walks. I think his arm is ok.

Last night and last Friday were not affected by the outing against OU. If anything it is more relevant that the pitching staff is on a short week.

Anderson throws a lot of strikes, and he is still learning the job. In the SEC a mistake is a HR usually. Unfortunately, his mistakes are what is hurting the last couple weeks. He’s getting better. Improvement in sports is never on a straight ascension line.

The OU game was NOT an anomaly.
