Their pizza and the artichoke dip are good. It’s our go to for pick up when I go visit my daughter and family over there. I’ve been wanting to try Pizza Man. But it opens later in the afternoon and I’m usually headed home at that time.

Used to get their pizzas all the time until I got a Bandaid in one about 10 years ago ain’t been back since. They pretty damn good from what remember

Yeah, it’d take me a while to go back after that. But accidents can happen anywhere. No bad experiences in the times I’ve picked up when over there.

Mama D's goes back what, at least 30 years now.
Cheap and very good food. I've dined on Mama D's pizza and salad more times than I can count.
Never a bad experience or bad food.
Tough choice between her and Pizza Man, both are great old school pizza joints.
Last, don't drink Rolling Rocks in the heart of Abita. That hurt me badly!
