Son is having his first baby. A boy. His wife is doing the birthing but loves beef and home cooking. Who in Lafayette has the best steaks to bring home and cook. T-bones, NY strip, fillets and Bone in Ribeyes? thank you

Lagneaux's Meat Market on Ridge cuts them for you, great cuts of meat.

We picked champagnes. They had nice looking prime boneless ribeyes but the fillet mignon was choice and they didn’t have bone in prime ribeyes.

I’ve never seen bone in prime ribeyes at Champagnes but they usually have beautifully marbled prime tenderloin, which they’ll cut to order if you don’t see what you want in the display case.
