Manufacturing comes back whenever USA can have a favorable trade status where countries actually allow us to export to them. Deregulation, no tariffs, tax cuts hopefully boom domestic production

So Trump wanting to meet with Xi was always a part of the plan?
Please do not attempt to equivocate what Trump did with Zelensky to what he will do with Xi. There is a bit of a difference in the political nuances there, and Trump is not about to berate Xi in front of a national audience.

Hope it is not real!
Trump said he plan a “birthday summit” with Xi in June.
Xi did not answer Trump's phone call. So he sent out Steve Daines, a senator, to Beijing to propose the meeting.
China told him no at that time. Now this!!!
